Jeeto Pakistan host Fahad Mustafa has come under fire once again for his over-the-top antics. In a recent episode of the popular game show, the Kabhi Mein Kabhi Tum star, as well as star guests Adnan Siddique and Aijaz Aslam, declared ARY CEO Salman Iqbal as his “Malik.”
Known for his high-energy hosting style, Fahad Mustafa has been a staple of the show for over a decade, especially during Ramadan when the program sees a surge in viewership and celebrity appearances.
Last night’s episode featured Salman Iqbal as a special guest, and the reception was nothing short of theatrical. Fahad, along with guests Adnan Siddique and Aijaz Aslam, began chanting “Malik! Malik!”—a term that translates to “King”—while performing exaggerated salutes in a bid to entertain their boss.
This display, intended to be humorous, quickly turned sour as viewers took to social media to express their discontent.
Critics were quick to voice their opinions, arguing that the term “Malik” should be reserved for Allah alone and that the antics were in poor taste. Many fans labeled the behavior as distasteful and hypocritical, suggesting that the stars were pandering to Salman Iqbal simply because of his wealth and status.
Comments flooded in, with some users questioning the integrity of the celebrities who sell their self-respect and dignity to bow down to a figure of authority rather than maintaining a sense of professionalism.
