There is a Hollywood film in the works that features two prominent Pakistani actors! Faran Tahir, a Pakistan-born actor, is currently working on a Hollywood project that will be shot right here in the ‘Paris of Asia’ – Lahore.
Despite best efforts from the filmmakers to keep the specifics and nature of the project under wrap, credible sources have managed to uncover the details of this interesting film.
New Details
According to sources, Faran Tahir will star alongside seasoned actor Faisal Qureshi. The Haiwaan actor also has his own movie Sorry: A Love Story in development. The film is set for a 2020 release but the actor has agreed to the Hollywood project as well.
Another Actor Joins The Cast
That’s not all! Joining Faisal Qureshi and Farhan is the star of Wrong No 2, Sami Khan. He too is making headlines in the Pakistani film industry with Yaara Vey, and Lafangey Chapter 1 is in post-production.
The two Pakistani actors have previously worked together in the drama serial Bashar Momin. Based on their performances in the drama, the two have a good chemistry together.
But Wait, There’s More!
It looks like Farhan Tahir is going all-out for this Hollywood project as he has also signed US-based actor Hameed Sheikh. Lollywood fans are familiar with the actor’s filmography as he worked in films like Khuda Kay Liye, Moor, and the action flick 021.

The project will be helmed by Ammar Lasani and Kanza Zia. The film will be produced by Faran Tahir himself.
