Lincoln’s Inn, a Wedding Venue?

Lincoln’s Inn has been used as an event venue before. The reason Burhan Faisal and Kiran Younis held their special day at the historic venue was for a special reason.

Burhan is the third generation of his family to be published as a barrister by the society of Lincoln’s Inn.

In 1970 his grandfather Chaudhry Arshad Ali was published by the Inn. Currently Arshad practices as an advocate in the Supreme Court Pakistan. Then in 2002 Burhan’s mother, Zill-e-Huma was also published as a barrister by Lincoln’s Inn.

That is why they selected this as the wedding venue. Holding a traditional Pakistani ceremony at Lincoln’s Inn is nothing short of a dream come true for this family of jurists.

Lincoln’s Inn is also an institution that recognizes the Muslim Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) as one of ‘the greatest lawgivers’

“What is significant for Muslims and especially Pakistanis is that The Inn recognises Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) as one of the greatest law givers to human kind. There has always been a genuine appreciation of Islam by the honorable society of Lincoln’s Inn.”
