Fi Ha: Did You Know Burark Balan’s Song Is An Arabic Dua?

Netizens are outraged over this shocking revelation.

Netizens are in shock following realization that artist Burak Balan’s popular song “Fi Ha” is actually a prayer. The original version of “Fi Ha, Zamil Zamil” sang by a little girl has surfaced on YouTube. The lyrics of the song are about Jannat (Heaven).

It seems like people will go to any lengths to make a catchy tune for social media. One of the biggest platforms to turn any audio into a song is TikTok. The hugely popular video sharing app has a large market and is credited for helping new and unknown artist gain recognition.

However, there is very weak monitoring of content. Some social media artists often cross the limits just for the views and go viral. Burak Balan is a very popular DJ on social media. The music artist has made remixes of several popular songs. However, the artist’s most famous track is “Fi Ha“.

The chorus and the lyrics are from an old Arabic dua sang by a young Arabic girl Dima Bashar. Here it is.

The shocking revelation was made by several vloggers, including most recently a Pakistani vlogger who highlighted our ignorance. The vlogger shared a video of a woman dancing to the song at a party.
