The Untold Story – Javed Iqbal is movie based on the true story of serial killer Javed Iqbal. Written and directed by Abu Aleeha, the movie is being produced under the banner of KKFilms by Javed Ahmed. Back in the 90s, he abused and killed over 100 children in Lahore. The serial killer was active between 1998 and 1999 till he was finally apprehended by police.
The film is a major role for Yasir Hussain, who will be playing the titular character. Fans have high hopes for the film despite its horrifying subject matter. This will also be a chance for Ayesha Omar to shine in her critical role as a police officer.
Excitement to see the true-crime saga being adapted into a film has been peaking ever since the trailer for the movie was released. However, many people also opposed the movie given the graphic nature of the content.
