Here’s Why Akcent Won’t Be Performing in Faisalabad

This is concerning.

Akcent came to perform in Pakistan after four years, and what could possibly go wrong? Apparently the singer refused to perform due to unprofessional behavior by his organizers in Faisalabad.

Akcent refused to perform in Faisalabad

The Romanian singer announced tour dates for Pakistan after landing in Pakistan.

Akcent kicked off his tour with a performance at Governor House, Lahore on November 24, 2019.

Akcent is Coming Back to Pakistan

Now there’s a full-blown winter Pakistan Tour lined-up. Unfortunately, a select group of organizers irked Akcent to a point where he’s refusing to perform in Faisalabad.

In a Facebook post, Akcent called out the unprofessionalism of the organizers ‘Hanan Sethi – Sethi Sons Events and Studio‘.

He went so far as to call their behavior as a scam.  It’s unclear whether he meant that he was scammed, or that the organizers arranged a sham event. Regardless, something did happen.

Despite successful performances in Lahore, Doha, and Bahawalpur, Akcent still refused to perform in Faisalabad. If the event was a sham one, not even the fans could persuade Akcent to perform despite the ‘non-professional’ organizers.

“Hello Faisalabad, I will not perform Today due to non professional organisers, Hanan Sethi – Sethi Sons Events and Studio. They did a scam for this concert.”

Smack That: Akon is Coming to Pakistan!

On the other hand, the singer’s biggest show will be in Karachi. In another Facebook post, the singer announced that the biggest show of the year will happen in Karachi on December 7, 2019.

Luckily unlike Akon and Pitbull, the Romanian singer did show up to perform in Pakistan.

Previously both Akon and Pitbull were scheduled to perform in Pakistan on two separate occasions but they backed out last minute.
