Humayoun Ashraf Reveals How He Fell Victim to Showbiz Conspiracies

The Mushkil star also spilled the deets about his comeback in a negative role.

Actor Humayoun Ashraf recently made an appearance on Nauman Ijaz’s show G Sarkar and opened up about the negative side of the showbiz industry and how he fell prey to them.

The Rang Mahal star made a comeback in a negative role after a long hiatus, for which he was hesitant at first but later the serial went on to be a mega-hit.

The host asked him why he had chosen to take on only negative roles, to which Ashraf replied, “I have mostly done positive roles but my negative roles are more popular with the audience”.

Talking about his experience in the showbiz industry, Ashraf opened up about the fact that everyone partakes in leg-pulling.

He stated,

I fell victim to the industry’s conspiracy. No one here is your friend, if someone is being nice to you there must be some reason behind it. They probably want a favor or to use you and when their purpose is over they abandon you.
