Meray Pass Tum Ho is probably the most hyped up Pakistani drama right now, and it’s popularity seems justified if we go by all the numbers.

The dialogues, the actions and the on-screen performances of the leading trio have been appreciated by not only the general public, but celebrities also shared their positive responses regarding the drama.

Humayun Saeed recently did an interview with the Independent Urdu, where he discussed what made the drama serial such a success. He also talked about future plans and upcoming projects.

Humayun Saeed reveals why its a success

Saeed explained that he held onto the script of Meray Pass Tum Ho for five years and had mixed feelings regarding the success of the drama. But all this time, he knew it will become the talk of the town.

“Initially when anyone would ask me about my opinion of the serial, I would say that ‘I don’t know about the ratings but the entire country will talk about it’ and now that is actually happening,” Saeed shared his feelings.

“When I said the entire country would talk about it, I knew part of it was because of the criticism it is going to face. But that’s what made it so successful – the way the script is written is more interesting than the story line,” he further added.
