Iffat Omar and Nausheen Shah got trolled for showing a bit too much affection at Pantene Hum Bridal Couture Week. Apparently friends can’t be too friendly.
PHBCW had plenty of celebrities strut on the ramp. This list of celebrities includes Iffat Omer, who walked for Medhi Couture, alongside her husband. It was all calm and grace until Nausheen Shah who was seated in the audience stood up to cheer for Iffat. Nausheen went up even though she had a foot injury!
This is the moment when Iffat Omar walked over to her friend and kissed her before walking on. From that moment forward footage of that exchange between the two friends made rounds on the Internet.

Video goes viral
The viral video was bashed by most because Iffat Omar kissed Naushen on the lips. But that’s not the whole story.
The video makes it obvious it was just a kiss on the cheek, however Nausheen’s limp and instability from her foot injury might have made it awkward.
Iffat Omar also shared the video in her Instagram captioned;
“My best friend met this terrible accident and badly injured her leg but still stood by me and stayed back just to see me on the ramp. Love you loads”
Social media reactions
Of course, this still didn’t stop trolls from coming out of the woodwork with comments. Their responses ranged from bashing Nausheen for wearing heels despite her injury, to Iffat for not asking her friend to meet after the show instead.
Actress Nimra Khan came forward in the ladies’ defense. Nimra put these trolls to rest saying;
“If they wanted to do something wrong, they wouldn’t do it in the presence of so many people and camera eyes, only to be looked down upon.”

Nimra also mentioned that knowing Nausheen in a personal capacity as a close friend, she knows Nausheen doesn’t drink or do drugs.
