The veteran actress Iffat Omar once again managed to make the headlines, this time not because of the current political situation but by slamming the senior actor, Behroze Sabzwari on his comments on women’s clothing. She called the whole Sabzwari family hypocrite and illiterate.

Iffat Omar is known for her bold and blunt personality and outspoken opinions on social media. From calling Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar out to speaking ill about Imran Khan, she is fearless and unbothered about the backlash it gets her.
For the unversed, the veteran actor Behroze Sabzwari was recently interviewed by Nadir Ali in a podcast while discussing the prevailing vulgarity on TV, he remarked that actors should pay more attention to their attire and preferably wear the national dress rather than copying western cultures.
Talking about women’s clothing Behroze Sabzwari also commented on what he believed to be inappropriate dressing by women on motorbikes. According to him, they are not fully covered and wear see-through and tight clothes which do not look good and make men stare at them.
At the same time, another video of an old interview of his son Shahroze Sabzwari and daughter-in-law Sadaf Kanwal is doing rounds on the internet in which the model is seen saying “that husbands should give gifts to wives and wives are not meant to give presents to husbands.”.
Both of these videos created quite a stir among the netizens and they started slamming the whole family for being hypocrites and calling them a family of misogynists.
