As India is hit by the second wave of the pandemic, Pakistan is offering prayers to its neighbor with #PakistanStandsWithIndia. Amid this, a touching video of an Indian policeman asking the Muslim community in his neighborhood to pray for the country has surfaced.

The video was shared by a Twitter user, TaAñuKh or @taanukhi, and retweeted by Pakistani Twitter user, Mehfooz Ali.

Others appreciated the positive approach towards Muslims in India. This Indian policeman kicked off a positive trend with one appeal.

 

Some Indians also called out the ethnopolitics that keep both South Asian neighbors divided. One even thanked Pakistan for the prayers.
