International Celebrities Pray for Imran Khan After Yesterday’s Assassination Attack

Celebrities across the globe condemned the attack and sent thoughts and prayers his way.

Seven people, including former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan and other party leaders, were injured and a party worker was killed in a gun attack on the PTI chief’s container yesterday when his convoy reached Allah Wala Chowk, Wazirabad.

Subsequently, celebrities around the world poured in their condolences and sent their prayers and heartfelt wishes for Imran Khan.

Turkish actor Cengiz Coşkun, who played Turgut Alp in the TV show Diriliş: Ertuğrul, condemned the attack and wished Imran Khan a speedy recovery.

Zimbabwean Islamic scholar, Mufti Ismail Menk, also prayed for the former prime minister’s speedy recovery.

Even Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau strongly condemned the violent act.
