Good news for all the Arsalan and Ajiya fans out there, your favorite Ramadan special sitcom Suno Chanda is back on screens with season 2. The popular sitcom went viral that they just had to make a sequel of it. Farhan Saeed and Iqra Aziz would return on your screens as Arsalan and Ajiya with more scenes of their special squabbling chemistry.
Here’s what Iqra had to say about its impending release:
“Suno Chanda is going to be so much more than what it was; there’s more laughter, love, relationships, also more heart-wrenching moments. There’s lot of new characters, the family’s gotten even bigger. This season, you’ll see how sometimes it becomes difficult to sustain relationships but you soldier through anyway because of the love you have for one another.”
Both Iqra Aziz and Farhan Saeed recently revealed behind the scenes shot of them shooting for the much anticipated TV serial.

Director Ahson Talish promises viewers that its the same show that people fell in love with, with a few fun twists:
“The story will go beyond anyone’s imagination because we’ve got new additions to the family, it’s going to be a really fun ride.”

As a matter of fact, his son, Raza Talish is a new addition to the characters who says he gave three auditions to ace the role.
“I play the fun-loving Mithoo, who is Bebe’s son (played by Arjumand Rahim). He’s an engineer, who’s just come from the village and he’s fallen madly in love with a girl because of which you’ll see him behaving oddly. It’s a character with depth yet very light on the surface. I think people will enjoy watching him,” says Raza.
