But no need to worry as Juggun Kazim has you covered with some interesting tips and techniques for weight loss and staying healthy.

The popular actress, host and YouTuber uses various social media platforms to share important tips about weight loss. In one of her recent video, Juggun Kazim talked about the benefits of lemon. For instance, lemon can prove to be a remedy for dark knees and elbows.

She explained,

“If your knees and elbows are dark then take 2 tablespoons coconut oil mix it with the juice of one lemon. Combine all the ingredients and use it on your knees and elbows to get rides of darkness and dryness.”

That’s not all. Lemon also works as toner for oily skin, especially in summers. Juggun Kazim shared the method of making simple toner to keep skin fresh.

“Take water in a bowl to add lemon juice and if you want a fresh smell then add peppermint. Take shower bottle and add all the ingredients and keep it inside the fridge. Spray this mixture twice or thrice a day to control oil and refresh your skin.”

And of course, it helps in weight loss. To shred extra kilos, Juggun shared a special lemon drink.

“Take water and add lemon in it. Take this drink after every meal and you will find a major difference.”
