‘Karachi Walo Ko Tax Nahi Dena Chahiye’: Fahad Mustafa Gets Political, Calls Out Imran Khan

The gameshow host riled up the audience with his hard-hitting statements

While actor-cum-producer Fahad Mustafa doesn’t usually give political statements, he recently called out the Prime Minister.

The Jeeto Pakistan game show host complained about broken, filthy roads, no gas, no electricity, and yet a mammoth amount of taxes.

“I feel like the people of Karachi shouldn’t pay tax. If Imran Khan is listening, ‘why are we paying tax?'”

He talked about how despite an increase in taxes there has been no improvement or development in the state of the city.

The Load Wedding actor made the statement during an installment of his game show. When the audience applauded his statement, Fahad Mustafa even joked how the people of Karachi are applauding their own demise, that’s how open-hearted they are.

Some people didn’t take well to the statement but had a sense of humor about the ordeal.

As always skeptics are asking for more information.

It is pertinent to mention that the economic hub of Pakistan has its own budget independent of the provincial budget for Sindh. Also, a noteworthy detail is a fact that recently Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry, Fawad Hussain said that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) government in Sindh was not giving the people of Karachi their due share.

He blamed that for the increased suffering. What do you think? Who is to blame? Let us know in the comments below.
