Karan Johar is considered the godfather of Bollywood. His record is phenomenal, especially when it comes to launching star kids. From Sarah Ali Khan to Jhanvi Kapoor to Alia Bhatt to Varun Dhawan, K-Jo has perfected the art of creating superstars out of Bollywood kids.
Johar recently gave Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan a directorial debut in his upcoming film Takht, and now he is ready to launch former actress Farah Naaz and Vindoo Dara Singh’s son Fateh Randhawa.
Like many of the names mentioned above, Fateh is a privileged kid, especially since he’s the nephew of formidable actress Tabu. His mother was also a well-known actress in the late 80s, but quit the industry after marrying Vinod.
Fateh has been cast for the sequel of Dostana opposite Karthik Aryan, with Jhanvi Kapoor as the female lead.
His father Vinod was all praise for him bagging the role.
“Fateh has worked so hard for the past four years in every department of acting, so hard work always pays back.”
Sources from K-Jo’s Dharma Production suggest that Karan has already met Fateh Randhawa, and was impressed with his skills. He believed that right from the start, this kid had the potential to make as significant an impact as Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra.
