Many of us barely notice our surroundings when we are on our phones, but billboards still tend to get attention. One billboard in particular, a KFC billboard above a McDonald’s building in Karachi has the Internet in fits of giggles.
A billboard above the Tariq Road McDonald’s displays a KFC ad and the Internet can’t help but notice. In fact, this might go down in the history books as the greatest trolling of all time.
Could there be better trolling by KFC by super imposing a huge advert on one of McDonald's most recognizable outlets in Karachi! pic.twitter.com/cngucCLn4y

Poeple can’t help but notice the tagline. KFC sure is feeling good given the savage bilboard placement.

However, some people think this advert is helping McDonald’s more than KFC. It draws attention to a McDonald’s outlet afterall.
That's what I was thinking too 🤠

Well. This board actually serves McDonald's well then KFC. No logo where it actually required. #FailMarketingTactics https://t.co/hWGEMwIKsk

Or they maybe actually helping MacDonald, not everyone would notice if advert is by KFC or MacD https://t.co/aztqOl3sXB

However, KFC fans disagree.
Idek why people prefer McDonald's when it coms to Burger, KFC mighty is clearly incomparable. https://t.co/ZdtGXhweWA

As two fast-food chains go at each other passive-aggressively, people can’t help but notice the toxicity.

Speaking of toxicity, people called out the typical advert resorting to the toxic stereotype: the sight of a woman will sell more product.
I'm not sure I'm more angry and irritated by the cringeworthy sexualised photo of a woman eating fried chicken in a bizarre way or the fact that this person thinks KFC marketers can troll McDonald's. And the use of the word trolling itself. God go look it up. https://t.co/g5G62tfUmg

Whether it’s tacky or a hilarious instance of trolling, the incident has even garnered international attention.
