Kumail Nanjiani’s Attempt to Make Biryani Will Leave You With a Broken Heart

What is more painful than a breakup? Being broke of course. But nothing compares to the pain inflicted by biryani traitors. They do very ‘unacceptable’ things to biryani and sometimes you are bound to question their existence.

We take our biryani very seriously which is why there is always a tussle between Karachites and Lahoris. And let’s just state facts here, Karachi’s biryani will always be superior.

Taking his biryani game one step further, Pakistani-American actor Kumail Nanjiani shared his cooking skills yesterday which left Twitter in tears.

Caution: Read at your own risk. ‘kamzor dil k afraad na dekhen tou behtar hai.’

“Today in who-have-I-become, I made cauliflower rice biryani.”

All biryani enthusiasts (including me) after seeing this.

Although Kumail knew that he would get some nasty reactions from desis, he still tried to convince them that it actually tasted pretty good.

“I know desi people will consider this an abomination. I agree with you. I’m rolling my eyes at me too. But it tasted pretty dang good.”
