Mahira Khan recently opened up about cheating on her first love.
In an Instagram post, the Superstar laid out how her first love is white ‘shalwar kameez’. Yeah, you heard that right. The actress now wants to make amends with shalwar kameez for cheating on it.
“My dearest white shalwar kameez, … It’s true, I’ve been cheating on you. I’m kinda in love with the Kaaftan.”

Khirad‘s plain shalwar kameez really made an impression on Humsafar fans with everyone having a moment with a plain look back in the day. Then Mahira Khan switched to jumpsuits as ‘Falak’ in Shehr-e-Zaat. However, that love for shalwar kameez resurfaced with ‘Shano‘s mismatched shalwar kameez in Sadqey Tumhare.
Maybe we’ll see her return to the classic look in one of her future projects.
One of Pakistan’s highest-paid celebrities, the VJ turned actress has been missing from the drama scene for a while since she switched to films. While she has delivered hit drama serials like Humsafar, Shehr-e-Zaat, and Sadqey Tumhare, she hasn’t been seen on the small screen since 2014.
She made her film debut with Bol back in 2011. Since then she’s been cast in Bin Roye, 7 Din Mohabbat Inn, Ho Mann Jahan, Raees, Verna, and Superstar.
