While a little criticism never hurt anyone, the Bin Roye actress was trolled, plain and simple. A Netizen went after the Raees diva for starring in a drama based on cousin marriages for the fourth time.
“Since Mahira Khan is romancing her cousin in a drama for the fourth time, instead of ‘Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay’ they could have called it ‘Hum Apki Phupho Kay Bachay Thay’.”
When a fan stepped in to defend her Mahira Khan thanked the fan for asking the trolls to spare her.

In her small-screen comeback Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay, the starlet will end up marrying a cousin yet again.
Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay cast Mahira Khan, Kubra Khan, and Usman Mukhtar starrer in a cousin love triangle. The drama is based on Umera Ahmed’s popular novel by the same name.
Previously, Mahira’s character Saba was in a similar jam in Bin Roye. Whereas as Shano in Sadqey Tmhare was in a childhood engagement with her cousin.

At least Mahira and Umaira are working on a subject which is different from common stories of our dramas. Where only planning and cleverness is shown. Cusin marriage is a secondary issue.
