Fatima Aamir Shaikh expressed her gratitude to social media and the authorities who helped her in exposing a deviant harasser by the name of Ibsham Zahid. The brave girl shared screenshots as well as images, audio and video evidence on social media that led to her stalker’s arrest.
Recently, #ibshamzahidbehindthebars started trending on social media as the public demanded the arrest of Ibsham Zahid who had been harassing a young girl and her family. Soon enough, the police were able to apprehend him and placed him behind bars.
The news came as a relief and joy for Fatima who had been tormented by Ibsham, who openly threatened to rape and kill her and her family for the past four years.

The case against Ibsham Zahid
Despite registering a case in 2016, there had been no legal action taken against Ibsham Zahid. Fatima and her family were openly threatened and fearing for their safety for over four years. Finally, the courageous girl decided to take action by exposing this fiend to the public.

She started taking screenshots of his horrible texts, saved videos, audios and images of his horrendous behavior for the whole world to see. Soon enough, the netizens started taking notice and raised their voices to the law authorities.

Even though Ibsham continued to be arrogant and had plans to flee to Dubai to evade arrest, the police were able to capture him in time. The picture of him in a police van came as a huge relief for Fatima and her family who expressed their gratitude to the people that supported Fatima’s cause.

Fatima took to social media to say ‘thank you’ to all the people who helped her, which included her parents, and her lawyers Hassan Niazi, Khadija Siddiqi, and Jibran Nasir.

Fatima’s lawyer, Hassan Niazi, praised the young girl’s bravery in exposing the creep and urged other girls, who’re being harassed by the likes of Ibsham, to come forward and bring such people to justice.
