Two young men accused of undressing a girl and then filming her, Arsalan and Mohsin, have been arrested by the authorities. A local court in Rawalpindi heard the case of the incident that took place within the limits of the Waris Khan police station.
Arsalan and Mohsin approached the court on August 7th seeking pre-arrest bail. According to Geo News, the accused were granted bail till August 11th. However, the culprits took that opportunity to flee.

Due to their non-compliance, the court dismissed their bail and ordered their arrest. This prompted the police to hunt down the suspects.
According to a police spokesperson;
“The accused had fled the court premises on bail. However, police took action and arrested both the accused.”

Waris Khan police station has also added section 354A to the FIR against the accused.
Viral Video of Undressing a Girl
A few months ago, in Syed Puri Gate area of Rawalpindi, four drunk young men allegedly tore the clothes of a girl walking by. They made a video of the incident and posted it on social media, further incriminating themselves.
When the video went viral on social media, a case was registered against the accused Mohsin and Arsalan alias Ani on July 15th. The case was filed in the orders of City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi but no arrest was made.

The accused were later granted pre-arrest bail, but when they tried to flee the court ordered their arrest. There is no update on how the other two men involved in the incident will be brought to justice.
