Although the finale’s tragic ending disappointed many fans, nonetheless it remains one of the most popular Pakistani shows in recent history. The last time we got all hyped up over a Pakistani drama serial was Humsafar, and that aired in 2011!

Khalil thanked the fans for their tremendous response for the show and revealed that he is very much considering writing a sequel,

“I normally do not write sequels for my dramas, but I may think of a sequel for this one.”

The sequel will definitely create a lot of buzz and excitement. The only question is, will it live up to the hype and popularity of Mere Pass Tum Ho. What do you think? Should there be a sequel?
