Bollywood went bold in this must-see reboot of the classic Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. While we still have Anil Kapoor, his daughter Sonam Kapoor is moving Bollywood in the direction of the tide.

2. Gully Boy
The story-line of this film is loosely based on  Mumbai street rappers, Divine and Naezy journey to fame. Zoya Akhtar is in the director’s seat with Ranveer Singh as the lead. As for the Gully Boy cast, it features Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in leading roles.

3. Total Dhamaal
If you’re a Dhamaal fan then you must see the franchise’s latest installment. Total Dhamaal is all about Bollywood’s winning formula having a silly goose time. The Total Dhamaal cast too seems to be having a whale of a time, especially with Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit being reunited for this film.

4. Kalank

This will be the biggest period dramas of this year. While we do have Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi another period drama this year, Kalank cast includes Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Kunal Khemu, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt.

5. Student of the Year 2
The 2012 Karan Johar teen drama has a sequel. Student of the Year 2 will feature Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday. Punit Malhotra will be directing Student of the Year 2.

6. Bharat
Anything with a Khan is definitely a winning formula. This Salman Khan movie is a must see for all the people shipping his and Katrina Kaif’s pair, all over again.

7. Mission Mangal
Mission Mangal cast is nothing if not diverse. The film has a star-studded, predominantly female cast with artists Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, and Sonakshi Sinha.
The movie is based on India’s Mars Orbiter Mission and the true events surrounding the women scientists that made it possible.

8. Brahmastra
This Karan Johar film is the first of a trilogy. The trilogy will be produced over a period of 10 years. Brahmastra will cast Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Amitabh Bachchan.

This is the story of Havildar Ishar Singh who participates in the Battle of Saragarhi. This must-watch period drama features Parineeti Chopra since her hiatus after the failure of Namaste England (2018). Kesari cast includes the ever-dependable Akshay Kumar as well.
