After a grandiose wedding, Sehar fell ill and had to be hospitalized. Meanwhile, her husband decided to conduct a poll on his Instagram, asking fans if they want to see a Walima vlog or see Sehar in the hospital.
Not surprisingly, the majority voted to see Sehar in the hospital as Samir then proceeded to share a picture of his wife lying on a hospital bed, accompanied by a plea for prayers as she was unwell. However, the TikToker swiftly deleted the poll following backlash.
Netizens were quick to condemn the couple for what they perceived as a tasteless publicity stunt aimed at garnering attention. The act of prioritizing social media engagement over Sehar’s well-being drew widespread criticism.
Many expressed disappointment in Samir’s actions, arguing that his concern appeared to be more focused on his next vlog rather than caring for his wife during her time of need.
