Initially, Nita wanted to give her Bahu a family heirloom gold necklace. The gold necklace was passed down in the Ambani family for generations.

A Family Tradition
As per family tradition, the necklace is given to the eldest daughter-in-law. Nita Ambani was handed down the family heirloom from her mother-in-law, and planned to give it to Shloka as a wedding gift. Later Nita changed her mind and decided to give her a one of a kind piece for her collection.
‘L’Incomparable’ Diamond Necklace
The diamond necklace Nita gave Sholka is known as ‘L’Incomparable’.
The piece was created by Lebanese jeweler Mouawad, and is said to be the most expensive in the world (that is how you VVIP a neck with diamonds).

Meanwhile her sister-in-law, Isha Ambani didn’t hold back either and gifted Shloka Mehta a palatial bungalow.
Akash Ambani married his childhood sweetheart, Shloka Mehta on March 9 and it was the next big ‘Ambani Wedding’ after Isha Ambani’s wedding (where the #AmbaniWedding trend started).
Shloka Mehta is the daughter of Diamantaire Russell Mehta.
Photos and videos of the wedding festivities are making rounds on the Internet. The wedding was in Switzerland and studded with Bollywood celebs just like Isha’s Ambani Wedding.
