Non-bailable Arrest Warrants Issued For Ayesha Sana

She’s in legal trouble, again!

Police are set to arrest Ayesha Sana in a defamation case. Non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued against the Meena Bazaar host after she repeatedly failed to appear in court after several summons.

According to Daily Pakistan, a case has been registered with the cybercrime wing against the Adhi Gawahi actress.

Additional Sessions Judge Syed Ali Abbas issued her arrest warrants over her non-appearance. A man named Yousuf Baig has registered a case against the Saiqa fame actress with the Federal Investigations Agency (FIA) for defaming his family online.

He alleges that Ayesha Sana uploaded inappropriate photographs of his wife and daughter on a website that brought shame to his family.

Ayesha Sana Legal Trouble

This isn’t the first time the De Ijazat actress is having trouble with the law. Last year in June, a case was registered against the actress for fraud. A person named Mian Ali Moeen filed an FIR at a police station in Lahore against Ayesha Sana. He accused her of defrauding him of Rs 2 million.

He stated that the Makan actress borrowed the money but then refused to refund the money when he demanded it. The actress eventually handed over a cheque for Rs 2 million, which was unable to be processed due to the lack of funds in her bank account.

At the time raids were conducted to arrest her as the 48-year-old went underground.

Another similar case had been lodged against the starlet at Lahore’s Defence Police Station. Reports stated that Ayesha Sana was indebted for up to Rs. 20 million. She had borrowed funds from various parties as part of customary committees.
