Pakistani actress Noor Bukhari got quite a scare recently. The Mujhe Chand Chahiye star shared her concerns on digital security.
Since there are no laws to regulate most online platforms, people often overlook how that means more responsibility falls on them. From the content, they post to staying safe online.
This includes being careful with who we share personal information with. So when a fan found Noor Bukhari based on photographs of her house, the actress was shocked. For an obsessive fan that wasn’t too hard.

She took to Instagram to share her thoughts. In an Instagram story she wrote;
“A lady came to my house yesterday saying she follows me on Insta and after seeing my stories she found my house. It’s scary as I don’t meet anyone. I respect your life and feeling but please don’t scare me like this it makes you a stalker.”
The Insta story was met with negativity. Which led to the actress posting another story explaining how having a stalker whether a man or woman is a frightening experience.
Celebrity Stalker Stories
While we don’t hear about Pakistani celebs with stalkers, Hollywood celebs and K-pop stars have countless stories of fans turned stalkers.
Back on Feb. 2, 2018, then 43-year-old Michael Shawn Hunt was arrested for the intent of kidnapping and aggravated stalking with credible threats. The Florida resident posted cryptic and threatening messages about Lana Del Rey on social media.
He referred to the Blue Jeans singer, as his ‘queen’ and ‘wife’, asserting that he was preparing to meet her at an upcoming concert in Orlando and that ‘from that day forward our decisions will be as one‘.

Similarly Sandra Bullock’s stalker broke into her home on the morning of June 8, 2014, at approximately 6:30 AM, while The Blind Side actress was asleep in her bedroom on the second floor of the house.
He was later released with a 10 year court order preventing him from contacting or approaching the actress in any way or form. The stalker was also sentenced to five years probation and treatment at a mental health facility. He later killed himself in 2018.
