May he recover soon.

Jawad Ahmad

Famous Pakistani singer, Jawad Ahmad has tested positive for coronavirus, according to the latest reports. The man behind some of the most famous songs from the early 2000s, like Dosti, was organizing a program for the Barabri Party Pakistan when news of him contracting the virus started making rounds.

Jawad started his music career alongside Ali Azmat with a top-notch Pakistani pop band Jupiters. The song that brought him popularity as a solo artist was none other than Allah Meray Dil Kay Ander.

He has received several accolades over the course of his music career like the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz [Medal of Distinction] in 2006. Given his notable contributions in both the musical and humanitarian world, it is quite obvious that Jawad has a massive fan following.

On Sunday, the musician tested positive for the novel coronavirus, and fans have since been praying for his recovery.

The day that he tested positive was the same day he was going to address the masses on pressing issues like capitalism through his political platform, Barabri Party Pakistan.

Tomorrow,1 Nov, Barabri Party is holding Lahore convention in Labour Hall.
We publicly stand against politics of landlords, capitalists, mafias & are building largest party of common people in country by politically organising them.
Members from Lahore & Pakistan will participate.

We wish Jawad Ahmad a speedy recovery.
