The Urdu-dubbed version of Diriliş: Ertuğrul, has grown a massive fanbase in Pakistan, and people have grown immensely attached to the characters.

Based on the 13th century, the period drama follows the life of the man who laid the foundation of the Ottoman Empire, Ertuğrul. His son, Osman I went on to become the first Sultan of the Ottoman Empire.
The sequel series Kuruluş: Osman then moves on to the story of Osman I. Many characters from Diriliş: Ertuğrul are seen in the sequel series.
The sequel series saw the death of Ertugrul, followed by Abdul Rehman Alp. Now even Bamsi Bey bid us farewell. Bamsi Bey is the third among Ertugrul’s most trusted friends and Kayi Tribe’s finest warriors to have died.

Eventually, as we move on to further seasons we’ll have to say goodbye to even more characters. The Turkish drama is a medieval action series and with bloodshed comes death.
