PML-N spokesperson and former Governor of Sindh, Zubair Umar is under fire after his objectionable and obscene videos were leaked last night. The video shows him engaged in sexual acts with an unidentified woman, however, he has denied his involvement and says it is ‘fake’ and ‘doctored’.
On Sunday night, an absolutely disgusting video of the politician was leaked on social media. Soon after, #ZubairUmar started trending on Twitter, with netizens expressing their disappointment and anger towards the senior politician.
Responding to the scandal, Zubair Umar took to his Twitter and released a statement, which reads,
“This is no politics. In fact a new low !! By launching a fake & doctored video against me. Whoever is behind this has done an extremely poor & shameful act. I have served my country with honesty,integrity & commitment. Will continue to raise my voice for betterment of Pakistan.”

Moreover, #AsadUmar is trending at #2 in Pakistan. The Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives and Zubair Umar’s brother is also being dragged into this scandal but most netizens are praising him as a ‘gentleman’ and believe that it’s unfair to compare Asad Umar with his brother.
