Police have made an arrest in the murder investigation of Abdul Waheed, brother of famed singer Shabnam Majeed. So who killed Shabnam Majeed’s brother?

According to ARY News, Abdul Wahab’s brother in law was involved in his murder. The police have arrested the accused, Din Abbas. According to ARY’s sources, Deputy Superintendent Police (DSP) Badami Bagh Mohammad Akram and in-charge of the investigation, Mohammad Nawaz, and their team arrested the accused.
Police say, Abdul Waheed had a fight with his wife which irked his brother in law. The main accused Din Abbas shot and killed the brother of the famed Anarkali singer, with the help of an accomplice, his friend Arsalan Raza.
After the serious crime, police say both Din Abbas and Arsalan Raza went into hiding.
The Murder of Shabnam Majeed’s Brother
Shabnam Majeed’s brother was killed in Badami Bagh area of Lahore recently in November. The police had registered a case on the appeal of the Khushboo singer.
In the case, the plaintiff had taken the stance that her brother had received death threats from his brothers-in-law.

She narrated how her brother had called her to his house in Badami Baghafter a clash with his wife. Abdul Waheed later left with his wife to a doctor’s clinic to take medicines.
Shortly afterwards they heard a commotion and Abdul Waheed was found in a pool of blood near Al-Karam school. He had been shot and was transferred to a nearby hospital. Doctors pronounced him on arrival.
The Dil Cheez Hai Kya songstress had voiced suspicions that her brother was murdered by Shahzad Riaz, Din Abbas Riaz and other suspects as they had threatened to kill him after a conflict with her brother.
