After her stance, many people praised her for standing up against domestic abusers. However, others criticized her for shaming Mohsin Abbas Haider on live television even though his crime was not proven in court.
Netizens also started giving Rabia Anum flak for being a hypocrite. They said that had she walked off the show after insulting Moshin Abbas Haider but was still following another alleged abuser, Feroze Khan.
