Saba Qamar and Azeem Khan shocked netizens with their adorable little romance on Instagram. Things further escalated when the Cheekh actress confirmed that she was in love with the Pakistani-Australian blogger. And social media went further into a frenzy when a social media user accused Azeem of putting her life in danger. Now, the blogger has finally broken his silence over these allegations.
Azeem Khan took to one of Saba Qamar’s photos and wrote:
Let’s get married? This year.
And the 36-year-old actress stunned her fans by saying ‘qubool hai’ in reply to the comment.
Not even a week after the couple revealed their relationship status, and they are already facing a public controversy. A social media user, who claims to be Saba’s fan, says Azeem Khan caused her a lot of trauma. Not only this, she alleged that because of him she got countless death and rape threats.
Azeem Khan shuts down trolls
Azeem Khan has finally broken his silence on this matter. He says:
I just want to thank everyone out there who has shown us great amount of love and support. Lekin barsaat ka mausam ho or barsati keeray bahar na aaen, aesa tou ho nae sakta / So some bugs did come out to infest my peace.
I just wanted to respond to them through this video message because they have wrongly accused me.
He further added why the accusers did not follow the proper channels to put allegations on him. In addition to this, he also wondered why the accusers asked celebrities to repost the Facebook status.
Your country has a court, a police station, an immigration department. Take your concerns to your immigration department. Tell them to get in touch with my immigration department. Why is it necessary to create a scene on social media when you have no proof, no evidence and you are just ruining someone’s upcoming life for two minutes of fame.
