Sanam Jung To Star Alongside Zahid Ahmed in “Mein Na Janoo”

We’re looking forward to this.

Sanam Jung and Zahid Ahmed in Mein Na Janoo

The teaser trailer for Sanam Jung’s comeback drama, Mein Na Janoo puts her in the spotlight. Based on the trailers, she’s teaming up with Alvida co-star Zahid Ahmed.

It looks like Sanam will be subject to whose the favorite sibling in this drama. In her case, things take an extreme turn, and it all has something to do with her mother.

Affan Waheed already spilled the beans on being the antagonist in Mein Na Janoo.

Teaser Trailer for Mein Na Janoo

In the first teaser, we follow Zahid Ahmad as Flight Lieutenant Zulqarnain. The lieutenant is ambitious and driven. His idea of success lies with the outcome, not the process.

Perhaps this is the reason why he’s disappointed about a certain outcome that didn’t turn out how he wanted.

In an Instagram post, Zahid Ahmed let slip a key detail about his character. His character is a blind man.

In the second teaser, we get some insight into Sanam Jung living in the shadow of the favorite sister.

We’re going to take an educated guess here and say that it is none other than Komal Aziz Khan who is the ‘perfect sister’. The difference between the two sisters might be due to them having different mothers.

When Sanam questions this prejudice, her mother (played by Huma Nawab) tells her;

Kyun kay tumhari ma ek gunaygar aurat hai (because your mother is a sinner).”

What’s exactly is Huma Nawab’s sin that has Sanam Jung paying the price? Guess we’ll have to watch the drama to find out.

Furqan Khan is directing Mein Na Janoo, while the production duties are being handled by Hum TV.
