Sheheryar Munawar to Make Directorial Debut with ‘Prince Charming’ Starring Mahira Khan

The short film features none other than Mahira Khan and Zahid Ahmed.

Sheheryar Munawar has taken the director’s seat for his upcoming short film Prince Charming. He is not just making his directorial debut with this short film, but the storyline is also penned by him.

The short film features Mahira Khan and Zahid Ahmed in lead roles and we can’t wait to see them as the industry’s newest on-screen couple. The Parey Hut Love actor shared the first look of Prince Charming on his Instagram and wrote,

“Sharing the poster of my first narrative (short film) as director. from penning it to calling action to working on the post, each step has been magical.”

He went on to thank the stars and the entire team for their efforts.

“Huge shout out to @mahirahkhan thank you my love for believing in me and being the first person to agree to be part of this magical journey. Thank you @zahid.ahmed.official for being a gem to work with. Big shout to my wonderful ADs, my brilliant DOP, art team, styling team, sound and music team and colour/post production team… and of course the experienced team at SEEPRIME.

 

Mahira Khan also shared a glimpse of Prince Charming on her Instagram and thanked Sheheryar Munawar for tapping into her vulnerable self.

“Sherry, I surrendered to your vision and I don’t regret it one bit. I am so so proud of you.. as your friend and as your actor,” she wrote.

 

“Sometimes the things we really want are right in front of us. We just don’t see them,” wrote Zahid Ahmed while sharing the poster.

 

The film will be released on the SeePrime YouTube channel.
