Student Answering Physics Question with Lyrics to Ali Zafar’s Song [Video]

This guy is definitely no valedictorian.

A smug college student from Karachi tried to be funny with his teacher by answering an FSc. Physics examination question with the lyrics to Ali Zafar‘s song, Jhoom.

His antics backfired when his teacher scolded him for embarrassing his family that is paying for his education.

Let’s face it. Many of us have sat exams unprepared. Some resort to cheating while others desperately try to drag out what little knowledge they have just regarding the subject just to fill out the answer sheet in the hope that the teacher may sympathetically give them ‘marks for effort’.

However, there are other special cases who already know they are going to fail, so they resort to jokes to get under the teacher’s skin.

A school teacher from Karachi recently uploaded a video clip of himself going through an Fsc. First Year student’s Physics paper. The student was asked to explain why the central fringe in Newton’s rings is dark, to which he took a poetic approach, stating,

You’ve given me a very dangerous paper. I swear, my heart hurts.

The class clown then proceeded to cover two pages of his answer sheet with the lyrics to Ali Zafar’s song, Jhoom.

The not-so-bright student confessed to his immature antics by explaining that he had slept through his professor’s lectures in class and told the examiner to “leave him alone”. He then went on a childish rant about how Isaac Newton is trapping students with his “azaab” concepts of Physics that are obviously too advanced for him.

The student then has the gall to ask the examiner for grace marks for his cleverness.

However, the teacher gave a befitting response to the boy’s cockiness:

Beta, ap khud aik azaab ho. Your parents must’ve felt ashamed to have a child like you.

Sure, we may find Physics and Mathematics concepts tedious and boring but education is an important part of life. Being well-educated and holding a college degree increases your chances of getting better career opportunities and opens up new doors for you.
