The first teaser of Nabeel Qureshi’s new film Khel Khel Mein came out on Saturday. Sajal Aly and Bilal Abbas are starring in this historical biopic along with Javed Sheikh, Samina Ahmed, Marina Khan, and Manzar Sehbai in pivotal roles. It is the first release after the pandemic.
The movie Khel Khel Mein revolves around a bunch of youngsters trying to explain the historic events in a form of a play. The teaser shows the synopsis as 50 years of mistrust, memories, and myths. From which we can depict that it will be about the separation of East Pakistan in 1971.
While revealing the first look of this film produced by Filmwala pictures, the Dunk star tweeted
“If history was taught in the form of stories, it would never be forgotten.”
And now from the teaser, it certainly takes us to history while learning from the best of the best. According to the filmmakers, it will spark a change in the mindset of the entire society.
The film’s set, graphics, and the storyline is giving us a vibe of Amir Khan’s movie Rang De Basanti. The story of revisiting history through documentation and theatrical recreation was shown in this Bollywood film in 2016.
