Pakistani showbiz stars celebrate Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan’s incredible match-winning knock against England in Karachi.
In the thrilling second T20I between Pakistan and England, the Men in Green chased down a daunting target of 200 with ease. The visitors looked dominant from the start, posting 199 for the loss of 5 wickets. However, the home side later won the match with 10 wickets in hand, marking the ‘return of the King’ Babar Azam.
The Pakistani skipper, along with Mohammad Rizwan, played a barnstormer of an innings in front of a roaring crowd at the National Stadium in Karachi. Mohammad Rizwan remained unbeaten on 88 in 51 balls. However, the man of the match was Babar Azam.
Since the Asia Cup, there have been questions about the Pakistani skipper’s form, fearing he might be in decline. Babar Azam rose to the question, proving to everyone why he is arguably the best batsman in the world.
Babar broke multiple records and in the process, he became the only Pakistani batsman to score two centuries in T20 Internationals.
