In a first, a young TikTok user has been arrested for endangering his life while shooting a video. The boy was hit by a train while filming a TikTok video in Abbottabad and he has now been arrested.
According to ARY News, the young man in question, Umar Hayat was arrested yesterday. While filming a TikTok near the railway tracks of the Haripur station, he had a close call with a passing train.

Umar Hayat was posing beside the railway tracks while one of his friends was filming him. As he stepped back too close to a train passing in the background, he was hit by one of the incoming locomotive’s handles on the back of his head.
Charged With What?
Umar Hayat then went ahead and posted the TikTok of his brush with death. Suffice to say, it was easy for law enforcement authorities to find and charge him.
But what exactly has he been charged with? Railway police said the teen has been booked under Section 325 of the Pakistan Penal Code for an attempt to commit suicide. As well as charges under Section 122A1 of the Railways Act, 1980.

Previously in June, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police arrested a young man for making TikTok videos with firearms and ammunition. DIG Operations Islamabad said that Aabpara police had made the arrest. He was booked on charges of incitement of violence on social media by posing with firearms.
The youngster was a resident of sector G-7 of the federal capital. He had created a TikTok group titled ‘313’ where he would post videos displaying different kinds of weapons and ammunition.
Just days later, a Lahore boy who calls himself ‘Bhola Tension‘ was also arrested for his social media posts for displaying firearms from the Sanda area. A friend of his was also arrested. Police confiscated two firearms and ammunition.
