The uproar of female ‘character assassination’ comes a day after YouTuber Adil Raja made unsubstantiated claims about unnamed women actors in a video. Since then several celebrities from the entertainment industry have been standing up for those actresses and calling out “smear campaigns” against them.
Even the male celebrities joined the bandwagon and declared war against the alleged claims made by Major retired Adil Raja.
Here are some of the posts by male actors on the ‘character assassination’ of their fellow actresses.
Parochial men feel threatened by successful women. So their bruised egos resort to smear campaigns. If only some tongues didn’t wag as much.

Now his statement is somewhat sensible.
For the unversed, Major (retd.) Adil Raja recently made false allegations against Pakistani celebrities in a Vlog for being used by intelligence agencies to record videos and audio. These allegations which are supposedly misunderstood by our actresses created quite a stir on the internet.
Later, Adil Raja released another video explaining that he did not target any particular Pakistani celebrities and had hinted at “models”. He said there are many celebrities with the same initials outside the country as well and blamed social media for the dissemination of false news.
There are numerous names of models, actresses, and celebrities in Pakistan and abroad, with the initials that I have mentioned. I do not endorse and condemn any of the names of the celebrities being mentioned by anyone on any forum/social media in this regard.

And without clarifying anything everybody just jumped on the bandwagon and started accusing Adil Raja of spreading fake news.
