She was magnificently regal in her response.

Bollywood megastar Priyanka Chopra is not getting off easy for her warmongering tweet. Now, Turkish actress, Esra Bilgic is calling out the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador. Is this a Priyanka Chopra and Esra Bilgic row now?

The Turkish model and actress schooled Priyanka on the fact that a UN goodwill ambassador has no business advocating war. She called out warmongering for what it is, and it’s not patriotism.

Esra Bilgic Responds to Priyanka

Here’s what Esra said to Priyanka on her Instagram:

Who is Esra Bilgic?

The Turkish actress Esra Bilgic, is best known for her famous role of Halime Sultan in the globally famous period drama Dirilis Ertugrul. The drama has been dubbed as the ‘Turkish Game of Thrones‘.

Halime Sultan was all regal grace, expressing disappointment on how PeeCee shut down Pakistani-origin hair blogger Ayesha Malik for her question about a public tweet.

“You were so disrespectful against a woman who just asked you a question about a statement that you shared with millions of people on your Twitter account”

Priyanka Chopra’s Public Persona Takes a Hit at BeautyCon

At BeatyCon, Pakistani-American Ayesha Malik called out UNGWA Priyanka Chopra for warmongering following the Balakot airstrikes. The incident had also led to the capture of Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman.

Here’s what she tweeted back then:

The Bollywood actress applauded the Indian Air Force violating Pakistani airspace and dropping bombs when the two nations were already on the brink of war.

Priyanka basically appeared dismissive of the audience member. Her first mistake was looking down on her with her phrasing:

“Whenever you’re done venting.”

Aisha Malik later responded with;

“Sorry, didn’t realize that speaking on a humanitarian crisis was ‘venting‘”

Priyanka for her part tried to justify her stance by saying she is ‘patriotic‘. She then proceeded to say ‘we’re all here for love‘.

Of course, that statement was in sharp contrast to her very public tweet that called for war.

The incident was following by global backlash against the Quantico actress. Mostly, nationalistic trolls and Bakhts came to her rescue, but she still lost three million followers on Instagram.

  1. Why pakistani follow this Bollywood trash anyway, its garbage and garbage comes out of it, its not like you have some civilized intellectual, teachers or scholars their, you have male and female who have filthy past and taken dirty path to be where they are and where they want to be, its hilarious people just follow them like role model. Even in hollywood Harvy and jeffrey scandal tells you the filth and qualification of all.

  2. Who call people like priyanka chopra a megastar or at least a star??? When they are not enough to stop jingoism through words. I am a patriotic too but it fortunately doesn’t make me a war mongerer. Threats of war is around for both of us but still people like priyanka chopra still supporting india’s ruthless act in kashmir?. A heaven on earth is burning as hell. Being a kashmiri it outrages me. Feeling so helpless even though I am not in kashmir?. May the kashmir can get the freedom they are fighting for. May Allah protect them.

  3. If these people think that war will only harm Pakistan but not India then they are living in the world of fools… War will effect the whole world… War is not a solution, it is a problem itself… They must know the after effects of a war. I m Patriotic Pakistani and I m saying this not because we are afraid of war.. Alhamdulillah we are Muslims and Muslims are never afraid of death or Shahadat but we know that WAR IS NOT THE BEST SOLUTION..we demand the freedom of Kashmir and we are all ready to help our Kashmiri people but we want this matter to be solved peacefully but still if India will not stop this terrorism in Kashmir and on LOC then Pakistan Army will definitely give them a life lesson that they will never forget..

  4. Just a word of advice priyanka!!
You screwed up! You were supposed to be a peace ambassador remember?? What you said on twitter was in no way an ambassador should talk and that too ‘a peace ambassador’. It was so obvious in your reply to the ‘ real patriotic Ayesha’, that you were burning inside out by her question and that’s why you clearly lost your fake cool and answered her rudely.
Admit it. YOU ARE A FAKE, JUST LIKE YOUR SEVERAL COSMETIC SURGERY DONE FACE, AND YOU ” JUST DON’T DESERVE SUCH AN HONORABLE TITLE OF ” A PEACE AMBASSADOR”.
….AND PLEASE! WE’VE SEEN YOUR ” NATURAL BEAUTY ” WHEN YOU BECAME MS. WORLD, SO DON’T YOU DARE ” LIE ABOUT MAKEUP CAN CHANGE YOUR FEATURES!!”
THANKS Stesha, for raising the question, and Ms. Bilgic for supporting the issue.
    Much love n respect.
A PATRIOTIC and AGAINST WAR, PAKISTANI.

  5. I was already a fan of Esras beauty from her role in ertugrul, now im so impressed by her intellect, and Priyanka is just an old, ugly ,ghetto, intolerant hypocrite

  6. Priyanka is fir to be a bad will Ambassador for fascist India. Worthless women, getting publicity till she lasts with Jonas.

Respect for Ayesha Malik and Esras Beljic

  7. Both Esra and ayesha were at their best replying PC…I am Indian n won’t support PC and don’t consider her as actress…being an goodwill piece ambassador she should not replied as she did….shame on u PC…she is a spoiled brat…

  8. You cannot buy class Priyanka!
We showed class and mercy returning your pilot in one piece and treated him with dignity
That’s what we represent instead of suppressing the weak and innocent like your country does to it’s own citizens because of their religion .

  9. I totally encourage the remark that was made on PC’s comment by Esra Bilgic . being patriotic doesn’t mean that you would encourage war.that is just like ruining the peace of your country and as an ambassador inviting other country to attack on your land. And that it is no matter how much you say you were just being patriotic and spreading love and peace.i am from Pakistan and I had always a sense of resentment for India from childhood due to the history and everything. When I saw the comment esra bilgic posted I felt really happy to see someone standing up to something wrong.and it instantly reminded me of halime sultan. She stood up to the people who exiled ertugrul. And just like that in real life she stood up to PC.
    LOVE YOU ESRA
