Unlucky Groom Walks 5 Kilometers To His Bride’s Home During PDM Rally in Multan

The unfortunate groom and his baraat had to leave their cars on the side of the road.

In Lodhran, a young man’s wedding was ruined when he and his ‘barat’ were forced to walk a long distance to the bride’s home after the roads were blocked due to a political rally.

It seems like one unlucky ‘Dulha’ had his big day ruined. A groom by the name of Amir, his relatives and barat party had no choice but to walk for five kilometers to the bride’s home as most roads in Multan were closed off with containers ahead of a public rally for the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).

According to the details, this baraat party was coming all the way from Dunyapur. They started facing problems due to the police party stopping them from going any further at the Railway crossing, just ahead of PDM’s big public gathering.

“The crossing is closed amid a public rally of PDM”, the police told the frustrated groom Amir. Following the orders of the police, the groom was not going to let some rally stop him from reaching his soon-to-be wife as he, along with the baraat, left their vehicles. The whole procession marched onwards to their destination.

All the vehicles of the wedding party were parked near the stadium by the police. The groom was angry. He criticized the opposition parties for ruining his big day.

We wonder how the groom took the bride home or did she had to walk all the way back to the parked cars. What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
