Urwa Hocane Opens Up About Khalil-ur-Rehman’s Apology for His Derogatory Remarks

The writer later apologized the ‘Udaari’ star on National television.

The pretty actress Urwa Hocane recently appeared on Ahsan Khan’s show, Time Out With Ahsan Khan, and revealed that renowned writer, Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar, had apologized to her for his demeaning remarks about her.

The Tich Button producer said he made an apology on national television but not many know about it.

Ahsan Khan asked Urwa Hocane about her why she left the Mere Pass Tum Ho writer’s film, to which she replied, “I didn’t leave the film. The film was postponed and when the shooting started I just couldn’t do it then”.

She added,

On which Khalil-ur-Rehman sir got really angry and said some really offensive things about me but then he met me afterward and hugged me and said you are like my daughter I apologize to you for what I said later he apologized on national TV as well but that video didn’t get viral so many people don’t know about it.

According to the Sadkay Tumhary writer, Urwa Hocane had worked on the film for a little over three weeks but things got so bad that he had no choice but to fire her during the last seven days.

He said,

I tolerated her a lot because of her husband, Farhan Saeed, who is a good friend of mine. I believed Urwa admired me, too, and I had links with her family too. I had issues with her (during shooting), and I used to tell her to mend her ways, but there came a time when I had to say goodbye to her. She was not even performing well, and I had regret in letting her go.
