After news of Maya Ali returning to the small screen had fans excited, the question left on everyone’s mind was who would be the leading man opposite the Mera Naam Yousaf Hai actress.
Turns out its’ none other than her Parey Hut Love co-star Shehryar Munawar. The Tanhaiyan: Naye Silsilay actor has been on a hiatus from the small screen even longer than Maya Ali. He was last seen in Asmano Pe Likha back in 2014.

With another actress in the mix are we looking at a love triangle? The drama serial is also set to mark designer HSY’s drama debut, so what else can we expect from this project?

Previously in August, it came to light that the Diyar-e-Dil actress was had been signed ARY’s drama serial Pehli Si Mohabbat. The male lead actor had been disclosed at the time. Rumors of potential lead actors included names like Shehryar Munawar, Osman Khalid Butt, Bilal Abbas, Hamza Abbasi, and Fawad Khan.
The project will be directed by Anjum Shahzad and written by Faiza Iftikhar.
