However, his fans remain devoted to his work. Fans and followers are especially attached to his dance moves. Many have been trying to recreate his performances, and his fans from Pakistan are not any different.

 

 

Tales of men dancing on the streets of Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad have been circling around for a long time. You will find these men at the strangest of hours, getting down to Michael Jackson’s songs. From his infamous anti-gravity lean, to the moonwalk – these men have mastered every move. And they sometimes even dress like him!

Recently, a video of a man dancing on the streets of DHA was making rounds on social media. A man was spotted dancing like the ‘King of Pop‘ in the middle of nowhere. A passerby seemed to have stopped to record a video. Let’s take a look at it here:

This is not the first time that someone has spotted a Michael Jackson doppelganger in Pakistan. Almost a decade ago ‘Imran Dancer’ became a popular street dancer in Lahore. He was often spotted at DHA- facing the on-coming traffic- breaking into dance moves.

Speaking to Tribune, he said:

 

Sometimes people turn up the volume in their cars and demand that I dance. If I’m asked to perform to Dangerous, or some Hrithik Roshan song, it really gets me going.
