Bella Hadid stole the spotlight as one of the few Hollywood celebrities to call out Israeli aggression against Palestinians.
However, when the supermodel spoke up for co-existence she was slammed for her ‘diplomatic’ stance. Oddly Bella Hadid calling out Israeli violence was assumed to have been ‘anti-Jewish state’ sentiment. The response was not what she expected when she affirmed support for equality and coexistence of Palestine and Israel.

Of course a Palestinian woman with family in Palestine who was just targeted by a government account is going to be careful with her words, people need to stop living in revolutionary fantasy,

Bella Hadid tried to clear the air after an official Israeli Twitter account falsely accused Bella of advocating for the elimination of Israel and calling for Jewish people to be thrown into the sea.
The ‘queen’ of pro-Palestinian activism then tweeted ‘peace, coexistence, equality,‘ and coupled it with an Israeli and Palestinian flag. She later had to delete the tweet amid the backlash. In an Insta story, the supermodel tried to explain that;
“There is so much to be said about the phrase ‘from the river to the sea’ and how it predates the creation of Israel. But when I, my family and my friends say it, the meaning attached to it is freedom, not annihilation.”
Well said Bella Hadid but how did this mean Equality and Coexistence with the Israelis? pic.twitter.com/Gc4qzxHIhm

It is pertinent to mention that Palestinians already accepted and acknowledged the state of Israel. They protest the forced Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory. Palestine has always pushed for a two-state solution to the issue, not the dissolution of Israel altogether.
Netizens even called out how politicizing this issue as a Jewish-Muslim issue or Arab-Israel issue is actually a disservice to the cause.
Yes! That's literally what they want, to turn these voice against each others.. she has millions and her voice is important for awareness that's why they targeted her personally to shut her down so let's stop helping them with that 🙏🏻

Exactly! The people directly affected by oppression are allowed to discuss it in any way they feel necessary. The attacking needs to be shifted to the ppl who aren’t affected.

If you are upset about Bella deleting her post and not the official social media for the State of Israel creating lies to harass her you are part of the problem.

It takes away from the reality of Palestinian ethnic cleansing by Israeli Defense Forces as even Palestinian Jews, Christians and Palestinians of other faiths are targeted in the violence. Painting it as an antisemitic issue is how Israeli government’s ‘right to self defense’ comes in.
As opposed to what? What is the solution if not peaceful coexistence?
