Recently, Umer Sharif’s wife Zareen Omer took to her social media to pen down a heart-wrenching letter for her late husband.
In the emotional letter, Zareen Omer opened up about how her life changed after losing her other half. From accepting the loss to not having the strength to do routine things in daily life.
“It’s been 40 days since I had cooked because I used to cook for Omer only. Everything has changed.”
While Umer Sharif’s wife accepts that death is something natural and inevitable, that doesn’t help the hurt she’s feeling.
“Death is inevitable, but I won’t spare people responsible for Omer Sharif’s death. I won’t forgive those who made Omer cry.”
Umer Sharif passed away in Germany on October, 2, 2021 battling serious health problems. The veteran comedian was in the country undergoing treatment until he could be moved to the United States for surgery.
However, the legendary artist lost his battle with illness before he could go to the US for the surgery.
His death was an unbearable loss for the whole nation. Having been dubbed the King of Comedy in South Asia, even artists across borders expressed their condolences on his death. Celebrities from all around the world expressed their profound grief and sorrow over the death of Umer Sharif.
