The management of Capital Smart City has issued 1st notice to the owners of Overseas East and Overseas Central Residential plots.
In the notice, the management has asked the investors of the said properties to pay their dues by Oct 20, 2022, or face cancellation.
Besides, the authority also assured delivery of the project within the stipulated timeframe and urged the customers to cooperate in this regard.
It is relevant to mention here that the management has recently introduced the e-Challan system that would assist customers in paying their dues and performing other financial transactions in favor of Capital Smart City.
