Microwaves Now Locally Assembled in Pakistan

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd has started local assembly of its high-technology Microwave Ovens (MWO) in Pakistan, under the supervision of Samsung’s Korean engineers.
Samsung entered the global Microwave Oven business in 1978. Therefore, today this company brings to Pakistan, a vast experience of 20 years in MWO production. This MWO assembly operation will be conducted under the competent guidance and supervision of Korean experts, with the aim of maintaining its no.1 quality standards. Samsung uses award-winning technology and design for convection MWO which offers easy to use features with multiple capabilities in cooking and defrosting.
Mr. Baber Ali Kazmi, Category Head Home Appliances, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd while expressing his views stated, “Samsung started local assembly of Microwave Ovens, keeping in mind its extensive usage and potential demand in Pakistani household market. It demonstrates Samsung’s will to encourage transfer of technology from the developed countries into Pakistan. Samsung Microwave Ovens’ are preferred globally because of its Triple Heating system that penetrates the food deeply and evenly, saving time and energy”.
The local assembly of both solo and grill technology has started in Pakistan. These models include healthy features such as; Power steam Bowl for a healthy and nutritious lifestyle, steam-clean, easy-to-wipe surface that keeps the oven clean and hygienic, while the ceramic enamel cavity with antibacterial coating maintains surface hygiene.
